Shipping & returns

ascii paris only ships to the countries, territories and addresses offered at checkout. If a destination does not appear at checkout, delivery is not available there.

Available delivery methods, their rates and, where applicable, free-shipping thresholds are shown before final order confirmation. For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or handling fees may be charged by the destination country's authorities or carrier; unless stated otherwise at checkout, these fees remain the recipient's responsibility.

The delivery date or timeframe ascii paris commits to is shown on the product page, at checkout, or in the order confirmation. Absent a more precise timeframe, delivery takes place no later than thirty days after the contract is concluded. A different timeframe may apply to preorders, in which case it is clearly indicated before purchase.

A preorder product is identified as such on its page. When an order contains both an available product and a preorder product, the shipping arrangement — combined or separate shipment — is indicated at checkout. A standard preorder product does not, solely because it is a preorder, lose the benefit of the legal right of withdrawal.

When the chosen delivery method includes tracking, a tracking link or number is sent by email once made available by the carrier. Parcel tracking is available from the Order tracking.

• You have 14 days from receipt of your order to declare your withdrawal, with no reason and no penalty.
• You then have 14 days after that declaration to send the items back.
• The refund is issued within 14 days of receiving the return, or proof of its shipment if provided earlier, using the same payment method as the original purchase.

Items are accepted unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with their original tags. Trying items on is of course allowed: only damage beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the garment may reduce the refund.

Include your order number in the parcel. Keep proof of shipment: it triggers the refund period. No return is accepted without prior notice.

Les frais de retour directs sont à la charge du client, sauf si ascii paris a expressément accepté de les prendre en charge ou si le retour résulte d’un produit non conforme, défectueux ou différent de celui commandé. Le remboursement porte alors sur le prix des articles et sur les frais de livraison standard initialement payés.

An item that arrives damaged, not matching the order, or defective is accepted and refunded in full, return costs included. Write to contact@ascii.paris with your order number and a photo.

The legal right of withdrawal applies independently of any commercial return policy. The declaration is timestamped server-side and you receive an acknowledgement by email.

In case of a persistent disagreement following a written complaint sent to contact@ascii.paris, you may refer, free of charge, to the consumer mediator that ascii paris is affiliated with: ANM Consommation — anm-conso.com.
