Shipping & returns

ascii paris only ships to the countries, territories and addresses offered at checkout. If a destination does not appear at checkout, delivery is not available there.

Available delivery methods, their rates and, where applicable, free-shipping thresholds are shown before final order confirmation. For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or handling fees may be charged by the destination country's authorities or carrier; unless stated otherwise at checkout, these fees remain the recipient's responsibility.

Orders are prepared and handed over to the carrier within 48 to 72 hours of payment confirmation, excluding items sold as reservations. The transit time of the delivery method you choose is added to that and shown at checkout. Absent a more precise timeframe, delivery takes place no later than thirty days after the contract is concluded.

Rates per order, all taxes included, also shown at checkout. Every shipment is tracked.

Deliveries outside the European Union may incur customs duties and import taxes, charged by the destination country and payable by the recipient.

Every shipment is sent with tracking. The tracking number and link are emailed to you as soon as the carrier collects the parcel, and remain available at any time from the Order tracking page, using your order number and the email address used at checkout.

When the chosen delivery method includes tracking, a tracking link or number is sent by email once made available by the carrier. Parcel tracking is available from the Order tracking.

An item sold as a reservation is identified as such in the shop, on its product page, in the cart and on the order tracking page. Payment is taken at checkout and shipping starts from 1 October 2026. When an order contains both an available item and a reserved item, the whole order ships once the reserved item is available, unless you ask otherwise. A reserved item retains the full benefit of the legal right of withdrawal, which runs from delivery.

Sender address, also used for returns and for any written correspondence.

• You have 14 days from receipt of your order to declare your withdrawal, with no reason and no penalty.
• You then have 14 days after that declaration to send the items back.
• The refund is issued within 14 days of receiving the return, or proof of its shipment if provided earlier, using the same payment method as the original purchase.

Items are accepted unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with their original tags. Trying items on is of course allowed: only damage beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the garment may reduce the refund.

Include your order number in the parcel. Keep proof of shipment: it triggers the refund period. No return is accepted without prior notice.

Les frais de retour directs sont à la charge du client, sauf si ascii paris a expressément accepté de les prendre en charge ou si le retour résulte d’un produit non conforme, défectueux ou différent de celui commandé. Le remboursement porte alors sur le prix des articles et sur les frais de livraison standard initialement payés.

An item that arrives damaged, not matching the order, or defective is accepted and refunded in full, return costs included. Write to contact@ascii.paris with your order number and a photo.

The legal right of withdrawal applies independently of any commercial return policy. The declaration is timestamped server-side and you receive an acknowledgement by email.

In case of a persistent disagreement following a written complaint sent to contact@ascii.paris, you may refer, free of charge, to the consumer mediator that ascii paris is affiliated with: ANM Consommation — anm-conso.com.

A size or colour exchange is possible for 30 days from receipt of the order, on an unworn item in its original condition. The return label is emailed to you: the return costs you nothing.

Once we receive the return, the exchange piece is dispatched within the same time as an order, that is 48 to 72 hours. If the requested size or colour is no longer available, the amount is refunded to the original payment method.
